Step 1. Apply & agree
Fill out the short form below, confirm you're 18+, and agree to the participant documents. Takes a couple of minutes.

Step 2. Get your invite
If you are accepted into the testing group, we'll send you an invite with further instructions.

Step 3. Install & start training
Install Apple's free TestFlight app, open your invite, and you're in. A short onboarding builds your periodized program around your goals, equipment, and schedule.

Step 4. Share feedback every week Train with it, then tell us what's working and what isn't through the in-app feedback button. Your input steers each new build.

Step 5. 2-Week User Interview
After 2 weeks of using the app, you’ll meet with a member of our team to answer questions about your experience and how Tirata can improve

The heart of this first version is the smart program builder - it generates a fully periodized strength program built specifically for you.

Your program is generated from:

• Your primary goal timeline (A-race) and lead-up events (B-races / goals)

• Equipment access

• Training experience

• Current training status

• Ride schedule

• Strength sessions per week (1 or 2)

• Session length (30–45 min or 45–60 min)

You'll set all of this during onboarding, and Tirata builds your periodized program from there.

What’s not in yet:

This is V1, so we've kept it tight to make sure the core works before we expand. Not included yet:

• Core sessions

• Mobility sessions

• Pre-ride activation

These are coming. The training interface and exercise videos are improving too — we're re-filming the full library for higher quality and full-screen playback, so expect some lower-res or non-full-screen clips for now.

Coming from RideStrong?

Tirata is where RideStrong is headed. The long-term goal is everything you had there and more - but in these early stages we're deliberately keeping the feature set small so each piece is rock-solid before the next one ships.

One thing: honest feedback as you train. Your main channel is the feedback button inside the app - use it anytime something comes up. Then, at the two-week mark, you'll sit down with our team to talk through your experience in more depth.

The feedback we're after:

• Bugs or errors: if something breaks or looks wrong, grab a screenshot and tell us what you were doing when it happened.

• Anything confusing: if a screen, flow, or instruction is hard to follow, that's gold. Tell us where you got stuck.

• Ideas & wishes: features you want, changes to the flow, anything about the training interface that would make it better.
