Get it from the App Store on your iPhone.
Step 2: Enter your code
Create your account, tap “Have a member code?” and enter the personal code from your email.
Step 3: Choose your plan
Your founding price and free month apply automatically to a monthly or annual membership.
Step 4: Cancel RideStrong
Then Be sure to cancel your RideStrong Membership so that you don’t get billed twice. If you need help cancelling your account, reach out to support@ridestrong.app

You keep RideStrong until your current month ends, and your free Tirata month runs alongside it. You won't pay for both.

No. You have two options:
Finish your RideStrong year, then switch at renewal. Your founding price waits for you.
Switch now and email support@tirata.app for a refund of your unused RideStrong time.

Monthly members: until 60 days post launch.
Annual members: until that date or your RideStrong renewal date, whichever is later. Your exact date is in your email.

The Tirata monthly plan is $19.99, but the annual plan works out to $10/month, less than you pay now.

Tirata is a new app, so your training history stays in RideStrong. During setup, Tirata asks about your training and schedule so your plan starts at the right level.

Tirata launches on iPhone in North America first. RideStrong keeps running for you exactly as it is, nothing changes on your account, and your founding price will be waiting when Tirata reaches you.

No. RideStrong isn't shutting down, and nothing changes on your account unless you change it.
